All bags on our site are made to order. Once your bag order is placed it takes us 4 weeks to get your LV customized and ready to ship.

Smaller accessory products will vary in shipment times. Some hats and small luxury items are in stock and ready to ship while others are outsourced from additional artists. You will be able to determine the shipment times of smaller accessory by reading the product description under each item.

We will send a prepaid label, no charge to you in the case that a return is appropriate and follows our policies.

We recommend purchasing an affordable leather conditioner. We normally use the same spray that you would use to condition the leather seats in a car. Around $5 at most stores.

You can also wipe down the brown Monogram canvas with a baby wipe in the event that something is spilled on it.

Avoid using harsh cleaners on your bags canvas.

You can polish the hardware and remove tarnish using a cleaning formula called “bar keepers friend”. Can be found at walmart etc for $3/bottle. Pour tiny amount on cotton ball and avoid getting on canvas.

We lawfully purchase vintage Louis Vuitton bags on the second hand market for full price. We purchase from different vendors both local and abroad. Leather lace is sourced from US leather workers along with other hardware pieces etc.
