RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we first and foremost want you to know we are so sorry, but here to help.

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product to return it.

To be eligible for return your product must be unused , in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.

Once we receive the product we will inspect it and let you know the status of your return request.

If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. We DO NOT offer refunds.

 

All clearance/flash sale items are final sale.

If your item becomes damaged within 3 months of purchase, you can send it back in for a free repair, however you will be responsible for shipping costs.
